I live at the Haverhill Lofts, have had a few issues, but I’m on the eight floor, have 1200 sq ft, and there is no 60/40 restrictions here, so everybody pulls their own weight. Most tenants are house trained, and people are very polite. I move over here from The Cordovan, I don;t think anyone is house trained over there.

Moving to Haverhill Lofts was a HUGE mistake. I was forced to deal with one problem after another. The walls and floors offer NO sound buffer. You can hear everystep from the loft above you. Oh and when it rains forget it. The place leaks terribly. Trust me and look else where. Hamill Lofts is right across the street and a MUCH better place to live. I am moving in next week.
