I was forced to deal with one problem after another. The walls and floors offer NO sound buffer. You can hear everystep from the loft above you. Oh and when it rains forget it. The place leaks terribly. Trust me and look else where. Hamill Lofts is right across the street and a MUCH better place to live. I am moving in next week.
